Our client, a luxury resort hotel, is seeking a Head Banquet Chef. This role requires overseeing high-end banquet operations, ensuring exceptional culinary standards, and creating memorable dining experiences for guests in a prestigious and historic setting

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the banquet culinary teamCreate and update banquet menus, including specialsEnsure food quality and presentation standards are met consistentlyTrain staff on culinary standards, recipes, and cooking proceduresManage inventory, ordering, and kitchen budgetCollaborate with event planners to customize menusEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsCoordinate large-scale events, ensuring high guest satisfaction

Ideal Banquet Chef:

Must have 5+ years of management experienceExperience in a 5 Star luxurious hotelProven knowledge of budgeting, food costs, labor and schedulingA sincere willingness to provide serviceGood organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
