My client, a leading third-party service provider, is on the hunt for a dependable and experienced Mobile Electrician to join a high-performing facilities management team across London.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical repairs to ensure buildings are safe and operational.Complete general maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing, painting, and basic repairs.Maintain accurate records of inspections and testing (fire alarms, water hygiene, electrical systems).Support with security tasks, site inductions for visitors, and emergency call-outs as needed.

Requirements:

18th Edition Electrical Qualification and City & Guilds Level 3 (2330) or equivalent.Proven experience in electrical maintenance with good all-round practical skills.Basic knowledge of general building maintenance (DIY, plumbing, repairs).Strong communication skills and a proactive, flexible approach to work.
