Our client, a leading and well-established training provider, is seeking an Outbound Training Course Advisor to join their growing team in Leeds. They offer free, classroom-based training courses across Yorkshire and the North East.

The Role:

As an Outbound Training Course Advisor, you will advise applicants who have expressed interest in free classroom-based training coursesVerify applicant eligibility and ensure all documentation is completePrepare forms, proposals, and maintain CRM databasesAttend candidate attraction events and networking meetingsOffice-based role in Leeds

The Candidate:

Must have experience in outbound calling or telephone-based customer serviceBackground in training or apprenticeships is advantageous but not essentialStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCompetent in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsAble to work independently and collaborativelyMust live within a commutable distance to Leeds
