Property Litigation Solicitor

Sacco Mann is currently recruiting for a well-established client based in Birmingham, West Midlands, who is seeking a Property Litigation NQ Solicitor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of property litigation cases, providing expert advice to clients, and assisting in dispute resolution processes. Qualified solicitor (NQ or equivalent) with a focus on Property Litigation Strong understanding of property law and litigation procedures Experience with property disputes, including leasehold enfranchisement, boundary disputes, or lease variations Excellent communication and client management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a litigation environment is desirable but not essential for NQ candidates with a relevant academic background
