Role
The key responsibilities for this exciting will be a focus on developing new business and also existing end user relationships and accounts looking for upsell / solution selling of large scale security installation, upgrade opportunities within in the assigned territory of the Mainland UK.

This role will require being automomus and self generating leads and making and managing appointments.

The successful candidate will be joining a sales team of 8 and will be required to meet and exceed targets and converting marketing strategies into sales.
Candidate
An excellent opportunity for an focused and driven sales professional, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years experience in a target based sales role selling some form security solution.


To be successful the ideal candidate will be well organised, have a the desire and will to close deals and have demonstrable experience in a high pressure sales environment ideally selling security systems to end users in multiple sectors.

We are seeking the type of person is confident to coerce at all levels of business and interface with a multitude of organisations in different sectors.

Polished oral, written communication & presentations skills are essential.

The Package
This role as Business Development Manager is offering a basic salary of £55,000 / £65,000 with a realistic OTE of £120,000 with an attractive uncapped commission structure.
