Salary:      Up to £27,000 DOE + Bonus

Our client is a growing Grab & Go brand that has ambitious plans for the future. They are on the lookout for an ambitious managers interested in joining a fast growing brand.
 
Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager – 7pm finish!  

Support the Store Manager in the daily operations.Ensure every customer feels valued and satisfied.Assist in managing the restaurant's budget, including labour and operational costs.Ensure products meet high-quality standards.Monitor and manage food safety protocols to prevent contamination and foodborne illnesses.Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

About the Assistant Manager – 7pm finish!  

You come from Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Grab & Go or Retail management.Exceptional communication and leadership skills.Customer service orientation.Strong understanding of business financials.Strategic decision-making skills.Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
