Junior IT Support Analyst Location: City of London (Near Canon Street) Salary: Up to £30,000 + Excellent Benefits Job Type: Full-time, Office-based (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday) The Client: Our client is a regulated entity in the financial services sector, focusing on digital assets. The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Junior Support Analyst to join a growing scale-up firm to help deliver the software platform for a new digital asset securities exchange. Based in the City of London, you will be working with a dynamic team primarily located in London and the Philippines, supporting both internal staff and external clients. Key Responsibilities: * Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft Windows Desktop OS and Microsoft Azure / Entra Active Directory. * Assist with desktop applications and remote desktop applications. * Provide technical support to internal staff and external clients. * Handle networking fundamentals such as Subnetting, DHCP, and DNS. * Support global teams across various locations. Requirements: * Minimum of 1 year of experience in Tech Support. * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop OS and Microsoft Azure / Entra Active Directory. * Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop applications and familiarity with remote desktop applications and Helpdesk software. * Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Desirable Skills and Knowledge: * Experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Intune, Linux & Mac OS environments. * Knowledge of ManageEngine ServiceDesk or other Helpdesk software, ManageEngine Endpoint Central or other endpoint management software, Jamf, and AWS. * General system administration skills including AV monitoring tools, PBXs, firewalls, and networking. * Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, AWS, Cisco, CompTIA, or similar are a plus. * Experience or interest in finance, capital markets, and crypto. * Experience working in a regulated financial firm and with global teams.
