Provide great standards of customer serviceDeveloping the team by providing tailor made training and feedbackPerformance management of the operationsFull financial accountabilityRunning of the day-to-day management of the operationsPossess a self-motivated approach to their own personal and professional

 

The Ideal General Manager Candidate:

Fluent English and Spanish is a plusGreat experience in high volume operationsExperience in retail, banquets and events
