What You’ll Do

Lead the day-to-day running of the studio, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer journeyDrive membership growth and retention through engaging local marketing and community-building initiativesMotivate and manage a passionate team of trainers and front-of-house staffMonitor financial performance, staffing, scheduling, and service standardsAct as the face of the brand, delivering energy, enthusiasm and results

About You

2+ years’ experience in management – open to backgroundsA natural leader who thrives on motivating others and creating a strong team cultureCommercially minded, with a focus on hitting KPIs and driving revenueA passion for fitness, wellness, and delivering an exceptional client experienceConfident, approachable, and always ready to lead from the front
