Void Coordinator
What's the role?
This role is responsible for supervising and coordinating voids and responsive repair works across our housing stock.
You’ll lead and support a team of operatives and contractors to ensure repairs and void refurbishments are completed safely, to a high standard, and within agreed timescales.
You’ll play a key part in monitoring quality, driving first-time fix rates, and resolving any day-to-day issues that arise on site.
Collaboration with colleagues, residents, and external partners will be essential in this fast-paced, resident-focused role.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be organised, practical, and proactive in managing repairs and void processes.
Experience supervising repairs or voids in social housing is essential, with a clear understanding of health and safety and compliance.
You’ll have great people skills able to build strong relationships with operatives, residents, and contractors.
A proven track record of delivering works on time and to a high standard.
Strong IT and record-keeping skills are important.
You’ll have a commitment to excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
