Following appropriate policies, procedures and systems, ensuring the educational, social, physical, emotional, health and welfare needs of the children are always met To become involved in children’s activities to stimulate and extend their learning To demonstrate sensitivity toward children and families within the facility Assisting in the admission and induction of new children Assisting in the maintenance of all necessary records to meet internal, E.Y.D.C.P and Ofsted requirements To take an active role in the promotion of excellent health and safety practices To respond effectively to any health and safety issues that may arise and report any necessary matters To participate in training and meetings as requested by the management team Performing any other duties commensurate with the general nature of the position requested by the management team

Training Outcome:

For the successful candidate, there is the possibility of ongoing employment upon completion of the relevant qualifications.

Employer Description:
The company went full-time in early 2007 when Theresa left full time employment in planning and logistics to undertake her passion for childcare. The Incentive for this was being able to raise her own daughter and to watch her grow. Childcare is carried out in Theresa's own home which has been inspected and approved by OFSTED and the local health authority. Based in Ware, a beautiful little town in Hertfordshire, the setting offers a fantastic outdoor play space and is well situated for some great places of interest to take the children.

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 6:30pm. Shifts TBC.
