Inside Sales Manager (m/w/x)
We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager with a wealth of experience managing, supporting and developing a successful inside sales team.
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience of operating in the automotive aftermarket or Software as a Service (SaaS) sectors.

Office based – ideal location – Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Wuppertal, Solingen, Leverkusen, Bergisch Gladbach, Düren, Euskirchen, Gummersbach, Mönchengladbach
OTE €85k- 100k, €65-80k Basic + Bonus (circa €20k) + Car + excellent benefits including career advancement, generous holiday entitlement, VWL retirement allocation, on-site canteen with hot and cold drinks provided
Manage and oversee the European Inside Sales team.
Provide coaching and development and monitor and evaluate sales performance.
Recruit, hire and onboard internal sales team.
Set and track sales targets and KPI’s.
Coordinate sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features and products.
Through data analysis and team observations identify methods to improve sales performance and effectiveness through better territory management and sales skills.
Build an open communication culture within the team.
Our ideal candidate will have extensive, proven experience in a sales management role, in particular managing an inside / internal sales team.
A distinct advantage is an understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry and its key players along with market trends and competitor knowledge.
Alternatively, previous experience of working with a Software as a Service (SaaS) product.
An in-depth understanding of sales processes and philosophies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
Hands-on experience of utilising sales automation software and Microsoft Excel.
We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
Language skills should include fluent in German and English, other additional European languages are advantageous, in particular French
