Requirements:

A Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare Diploma OR Health and Social Care, applicants with a relevant degree will also be considered Over 1 years’ experience in Social Care in shift lead, senior or Team leading position Experience working within children and young people is ideal A passion for supporting children and young people Strong communication and IT skills Driver with a clean license

Leading Staff to promote a safe home for young people Key working Auditing and Risk Assessments Care Plans, report writing, behaviour plans and other vital administration
