About the role

Within this Employment Solicitor role, your day-to-day duties may include:

Running your own claimant and respondent employment caseload including drafting contracts, settlement agreements, policies, issues with mergers and acquisitions and TUPE issues Preparation for tribunal cases Support businesses with employment law and HR needs Building and maintaining your own client network Taking part in Business Development Initiatives

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team and wants to embed themselves for the long-term.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years PQE within Employment law, is very commercially minded and is wanting to join exposure to a high-quality pipeline of work.
