Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality dishes within the designated sectionAssist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishesEnsure consistent production of high-quality dishes according to recipes and standardsManage and train Commis Chefs in your sectionMaintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environmentMonitor portion and waste control to maintain profit marginsCollaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth serviceKeep up to date with culinary trends and kitchen processes

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar roleCulinary degree or relevant certificationStrong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practicesAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and creativityFlexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
