My client is looking for a dedicated and experienced CQC Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our their Domiciliary care business. Fantastic chance to join a growing, highly supportive business with a very dedicated care team.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure quality and consistency is maintained throughout the serviceBuild and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, service users and external stakeholdersEnsure service is compliant with CQC regulationsEffectively manage the teamContinue the growth of hours among private and local authority clients

Registered Manager Requirements:

Previous care management experience within the Domiciliary sectorDriver with own vehicleDriven and ambitious who loves a challengeFantastic knowledge of CQC regulationsA team player who can leverage good serviceLevel 5 or working towardsContinued support and training
