Sales Manager (IT MSP)
Our client is currently looking for a Sales Manager to lead and rapidly build this sales Team.
Your job will entail full sales cycle management from prospecting to development through to closing new business.
For this Sales Manager role you must effectively manage relationships with new Logo prospects.About the Role & Responsibilities· Initially selling yourself to prove your expertise and contacts.· Leading, managing and growing a successful sales team to drive new logo revenue.· Planning, executing, and managing sales strategies alongside the wider Sales Management team.· Assist in development of annual budget and sales plan.· Proactively follow-up on correspondence to progress opportunities.· Generate sales leads and follow them up to raise product services and brand awareness.Key Attributes:· Must be currently working for an IT MSP· Happy to have own Sales target until the team grows· Experience of selling IT Support Contracts (MSP) Solutions and Services· Experience of selling Hardware and Professional Services· Successful new business hunter with a history of successfully generating your own leads and closing deals.· Experience of successfully planning, executing, and managing sales strategies to achieve personal and team targets for UK territory.· Forecasting and pipeline and reporting experience· Experience of gathering customer requirements/needs analysis, solution mapping and regular· You will be a passionate sales coach and leader and strive to achieve excellence for both your direct reports, and yourself.· Commonly sells to the 50-500 and above user companies.ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE FREE TO WORK IN THE UK FREE FROM THE RESTRICTIONS OF VISA'S AND WORK PERMITS.
