We're on the lookout for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to jump in and help lead kitchen operations at an upscale French restaurant, part of a renowned hospitality group. This position will oversee and train kitchen staff, delegate task and get the opportunity to help with menu development.

 

Requirements:

Experience as a Sous Chef or in a comparable culinary leadership positionPrevious experience in a top fine dining establishment or have been Michelin trained a must!Knowledge of labor and food cost processesActive and up-to-date Food Handler’s certification required.Knows the ins and outs of restaurant operations and the industry!
