Apprentice Administrator

About the team:

3 Directors, 1 Associate Director, 3 Qualified Surveyors and one apprentice make up the Wimborne Development team and cover Valuation, Agency, and Recoveries.

How you will make an impact:

The successful candidate will receive training to become highly organised, reliable, flexible, and methodical. They will learn how to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to perform well under pressure while consistently delivering a high standard of service to both colleagues and clients.

Day to day duties:

Supporting the valuation team with administrative duties Using the in-house VWS platform to generate valuation reports (training will be provided) Preparing and sending Confirmation of Instruction letters Assisting with due diligence research Processing invoices and raising purchase orders Managing and maintaining the electronic filing system Closing instructions and ensuring they meet compliance requirements Conducting conflict of interest checks Carrying out any other ad hoc tasks as required by the team

Training:

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.

On the job training is provided to ensure all the required knowledge and experience is obtained throughout the apprenticeship to qualify successfully.

Training Outcome:

After you complete your apprenticeship, you will continue your career with Savills.

Monday - Friday between 8.30am - 5.00pm.
