Community Activator Apprenticeship

What You’ll Be Doing:

Setting up and packing away sports like pickleball, badminton, football pitches and more. Helping with sports facility lettings and making sure everything runs smoothly. Running fun weekend birthday parties — think inflatables, go-karts, and action-packed games! Supporting sports and health programmes that make a difference in our community. Delivering sports coaching sessions (once you’ve gained your Level 2 coaching qualification). Keeping our spaces safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone. Learning about facility management, site security and opening and closing procedures

Training:

Tutorials will be online every 2 weeks with workplace observations and practical training days.

Training Outcome:

Various pathways into sports development, lettings management, activity leadership or sports coaching.

Employer Description:
TFG have been operating since 2011 providing the local community with sports, physical activity and education services

Working Hours :
Shifts will be Monday to Friday between 3pm and 10pm and weekends between 8am and 6pm - with 2 days off each week.
