Support the trading team in compiling weekly reports and understanding key factors driving current trading performance.
Learn to utilise Google Analytics to analyse customer behaviour and optimise search, category, and product pages.
Ensure an exceptional online shopping experience by keeping the website updated with new product launches and trends through regular website maintenance.
Identify new and underperforming products and optimise the content drive greater conversion.
Support other marketing functions such as SEO, marketing, CRM and social media.
Review top product and category pages daily to optimise performance.
Assist in reviewing new product launches to ensure merchandising standards are met and effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
Maintain key navigational elements on the website, such as main navigation options and search page filters.
