Apprentice Building Surveyor

Working with all members of the existing Building Surveying team from Graduate Building Surveyors through to Director level surveyors to assist with various instructions, including:

Building surveys (building pathology); Dilapidations; Project Management; Decarbonisation schemes; Party Wall; EPC Improvement works.

Training:

Day release at London South Bank University, working towards a Level 6 Chartered Surveyor (degree) apprenticeship standard

Training Outcome:

Become MRICS Chartered 

Employer Description:
Established in 2019 as a building surveying practice with a specialism in improving environmental performance of commercial building stock.

Working Hours :
Full time (around study) 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
