Business Admin Apprentice
As a Business Admin Apprentice, you will work closely with the team to support daily operations. Your main duties will include:
Handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, and web chat. Checking initial eligibility for various debt solutions Inputting and managing client information on internal systems. Following up with potential leads and gathering required documentation Supporting the admin and advisor teams with general office tasks. Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining confidentiality at all times Learning and understanding the financial products we offer to support client queriesThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow in a professional, customer-focused environment.
Training:
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard Training delivered by Rochdale Training via on-site visits Monthly Training 1:1s with a qualified trainer to support development and progression
Training Outcome:
Opportunity for a full-time role upon completion Potential progression to a full-time Lead Conversion Specialist and further to a full Debt Solutions Advisor role Ongoing personal development and support with further qualifications

Working Hours :
40 Hours per week, working patterns between the hours of Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.30 pm. Shifts to be confirmed at interview.
