Childcare Apprenticeship - Tottenham

We are look for individuals who are looking to join our family who have a real passion for early years and the children in their care. we are looking for someone with excellent experience of caring and teaching children from 2 years old and running a key group of children. we are looking for people who are creative and always looking to challenge themselves and their creativity. we are looking for passionate and competent individuals who put 100% commitment and effort in everything that they do.

Your role will include:

Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs of the children in the program Provide nutritious snacks and lunches Provide adequate equipment and activities Ensure equipment and the facility are clean, well maintained and safe at all times Provide weekly and monthly schedules of activities Develop culturally appropriate programs and activities Develop activities that introduce math and literacy concepts Establish policies and procedures including acceptable disciplinary policies

Training:
It has an Ofsted Grade 2 Good rating and an overall achievement rate of 71.4%, exceeding the national average of 65.6%. Using a blended approach, learners are always at the forefront of our priorities. All learners are assigned a Personal Tutor who will be their main point of contact This involves regular catch-ups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 12 month apprenticeship you will have gained; Early Years Practitioner - Level 2

Training Outcome:
Possibility of a full time role after the completion of the apprenticeship
