Apprentice IT Support Technician

Deliver remote and occasional onsite IT support to customers Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 applications and services Manage your workload using our internal ticketing system Take customer calls, raise and update support tickets, and ensure timely resolution Liaise directly with users to understand and explain technical issues clearly Maintain SLA compliance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge sharing

Training:

Advanced Level Apprenticeship in IT Digital Support Technician consisting of:

Level 3 Apprenticeship in IT Digital Support Technician Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable) Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)

You will be required to attend a half-day session at the Training Centre per week where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that are required, alongside enhancing your IT knowledge and capabilities. Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the apprenticeship.



Training Outcome:

After the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for you to advance in the workplace or go on to higher education.
