Managing in-house computer systems
Use of computer systems to track and liaise with drivers to report status updates to customers and resolve any issues drivers may have when making deliveries
Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
Confirming freight bookings and tracking orders for timely delivery
Providing shipment quotes and setting up shipments and documentation as needed
Use of bespoke software
Any other admin duties as requested
