Shadowing of experienced staff members in a variety of roles cover both mechanical and electrical expects of engineering Production of own sheet plastic from a high quantity of food-grade post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymers Manufacturing of a wide range of off-the-shelf and bespoke injection moulded packs

Training:
Engineering Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard 4 days a week at PFF Group and 1 day a week at Bradford College

Training Outcome:
Progression onto Level 3 Engineering Technician apprenticeship and from there full time employment for the right candidate
