Admin Apprentice
Provide administrative support for the Home Support Service at Age UK Hull & East Yorkshire
Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally
Deliver excellent customer service to clients, colleagues, and external partners
Use IT systems effectively
Manage and respond to emails using Microsoft Outlook
Maintain and update spreadsheets with accurate information
Draft and format letters ready to send
Attend and assist with fundraising events as required
Help resolve client queries and issues
Training:
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration consisting of:
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable) Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that you have to take. Additional off-the-job training will also be required as part of the Apprenticeship. There will also be an end point assessment.
Training Outcome:
After the Apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for you to advance in the workplace or go on to higher education.
Employer Description:
Age UK Hull & East Yorkshire is an independent local charity. They have been working in the local community to help older people for over 70 years. They have many dedicated staff and volunteers helping to deliver services and activities for older people in Hull.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, between 8am - 4pm.
