Support teachers and students with their IT queries Work as part of the IT team solving issues  Repair equiptment Install new IT software and hardware with guidance 

Training:

IT Solutions Apprentice Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard, which you will receive training to develop and demonstrate the knowledge, skills and behaviour also included:

End-Point Assessment (EPA) Work-based learning 20% off the job training Training is delivered online and face-to-face A nominated tutor Functional Skills in Maths and English if required

Training Outcome:

Embedded within our apprenticeship offer is the L3 IT Solutions Apprenticeship.This is a nationally recognised qualification that is considered by some IT settings as an essential qualification for the IT sector. 

Employer Description:
UTCW’s primary focus is to prepare students for a high quality career within science, technology, and engineering. Students study academic and technical subjects through a range of GCSE and post-16 qualifications. We also offer students the opportunity to focus on developing their practical skills and to work directly with the region’s employers

Working Hours :
Your working week will be from Monday to Friday, with off the job training required as part of your apprenticeship. Your day will start at 8.00am and finish at 4pm with a lunchbreak.
