Wellness & Holistic Apprenticeship

An apprentice at our Asian-inspired spa will immerse themselves in a serene, professional environment focused on wellbeing and guest care.

Typical responsibilities and training include:

Assisting senior therapists with traditional Asian wellness treatments such as Thai massage and aromatherapy Supporting wellness rituals, spa preparation, and ensuring treatment rooms maintain a tranquil, high-standard ambiance Learning about holistic practices including mindfulness techniques, and the use of natural products Greeting clients, understanding guest needs, and helping to deliver a personalised, luxurious spa experience Attending structured training sessions on customer service, spa etiquette, and health & safety

Training:

Training will take place one day per week, term time only at our City Centre Campus in central Bath.

Training Outcome:

We would like to offer full time employment at the end of the apprenticeship as a Spa Therapist with the opportunity to progress to senior spa therapist. We may have additional opportunities in the future to do an exchange programme with our other hotels in Asia.

Working Hours :
40 Hours per week in the Hotel, shifts will vary and may include evenings and weekends on a rotation basis.
