Teaching Partner with an interest in Sports apprentice

For Sports provision you will:

Offer support with sports events outside school alongside the teaching staff. Support with sports clubs 3.15-4.15. Work closely with the OPAL Play Coordinator to facilitate sports and play opportunities to embed play into the school’s lunchtime.

In the classroom, you will:

Work with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils Promote pupils’ independence, self-esteem and social inclusion Give support to pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning, and experience a sense of achievement Work in partnership with all parents/carers, building and maintaining positive relationships

Training:

Teaching Assistant Standard Level 3. Training is delivered in the workplace.

Potential position upon completion of the apprenticeship

Working Hours :
10:00-4:30 Monday-Friday (with 30 minute lunch break)
