Learning the best practices for operating a professional kitchen Prepping ingredients and components for our menu Cooking and serving dishes from our menu and daily specials Mastering food safety, health, and hygiene standards Learning the importance of monitoring and due diligence in the kitchen Helping the rest of the team with daily cleaning tasks such as dishwashing and clean stations Building a portfolio of work with dishes demonstrating your ability and skills in your daily role

Training:
Commis Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard Four days per week on the job training + one day per week training provided by the training provider

Training Outcome:
Depending on skills achieved a progression to a full time Commis Chef or CDP

Working Hours :
4 out of 7 days per week, mixed shifts including evenings and weekends.
