Admin Apprentice
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
· Providing support to other secretaries/ fee earners as required
· Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch, including assisting with preparation of bundles.
· Sorting and scanning daily post
· Typing up documents quickly and accurately
· Filing documents accurately and promptly
· Making outgoing calls to banks/agents and others as and when necessary
· Assisting in sending client care docs to clients
Training:
We host supporting workshops regularly throughout the apprenticeship which you will attend in person at our designated training site/campus. These workshops are carefully designed to support the learning required throughout the apprenticeship programme.
You will work with expert assessors and tutors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession.
You will experience a blended learning model.
Training Outcome:
Upon successful completion of this apprenticeship there will be further career development opportunities with this employer, this may be within an administration position or as a junior secretary.

Property Management Legal Services are a boutique law firm, specialising in the delivery of legal services to the property management industry. They work with their clients to provide practical and commercial solutions to the challenges within the industry.
Working Hours :
Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm.
