Apprentice Sales Support Administrator

Speaking with customers via phone and email in a polite, professional manner Using our CRM system to log data, update customer records, and track interactions Preparing and sending quotes for customer orders Assisting with order processing and basic administrative tasks Working closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure excellent service Learning how to manage enquiries, resolve customer issues, and build relationships Use of bespoke software and internal applications Data entry Any other administrative duties upon request

Training:
Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard Training is delivered through remote delivery into the workplace, so access to a laptop is essential

Training Outcome:

After successful completion of the apprenticeship there is opportunity to progress into a full-time assistant role with the company.
