Apprentice Furniture Maker

Each week will be varied as we are constantly working on
new designs for our clients. The week will contain preparing and machining components. Helping assemble projects. Working with experienced makers. Sanding and preparation for finishing. Finishing. Maintaining tools. Organising the workshop.

Training:

Training and Qualification Level

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Carpentry and Joinery (Joinery & Site) Level 2. Using timber products to create and install building components. City of Bristol College (Advanced Construction Skills Centre). Day Release.

Training Outcome:

Full-time employment.



Employer Description:
We design and produce high-quality furniture and interiors across both the private and commercial sectors. Our hands-on approach at all stages of the process has enabled us to build a strong reputation, not only for quality furniture, but for quality service too. From our workshop in Bristol, we create individual pieces of furniture, as well as millwork and interiors.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday - 8am to 4.30pm.
