Carpentry and Joinery Apprentice

Assist experienced joiners in a variety of tasks related to site joinery, including measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and other materials. Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Support the installation of frameworks, doors, windows, and other fixtures on-site. Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Participate in training sessions and actively seek to improve skills and knowledge in joinery and construction. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required standards.

Training:
The apprentice will undertake the Level 2 Carpentry and Joinery Apprenticeship. Day-release training takes place at Burnley College.

Training Outcome:

Potential for long-term employment upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
