Childcare Apprenticeship - Deptford

Day-Day Responsibilities:

• Working within a team to deliver high standards of care
• Reliable and dedicated to their role with good time management
• Working in partnership with parents in the care and education of their children
• Developing and improving play provision and learning opportunities
• Observing, monitoring, and recording children's development
• Implementing and maintaining health and safety policies
• Maintaining a high standard of hygiene
• Complete relevant training courses
• Follow policies and procedures

It has an Ofsted Grade 2 Good rating and an overall achievement rate of 71.4%, exceeding the national average of 65.6%. Using a blended approach, learners are always at the forefront of our priorities. All learners are assigned a Personal Tutor who will be their main point of contact.

This involves regular catch-ups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study.

This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 18 month apprenticeship you will have gained; Early Years Educator - L3.

Training Outcome:
Possibility of a full time role after the completion of the apprenticeship

Working Hours :
Monday- Friday (Shifts Between 07:30-18:00)
