IT Support Apprentice
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Adding, amending and removing user accounts Troubleshooting, resolving and escalating computer issues Using a ticket system to document employee support requests Providing support including sign posting to procedural documentation Supporting telephony and hardware infrastructure.Training:
Training and support to achieve successful completion of the Level 3 Information Communications Technician apprenticeship. Relevant training to be provided where deemed appropriate.
Training Outcome:
As an IT apprentice, you will gain practical experience with the latest technologies, laying a strong foundation for a career in a fast-evolving industry. Upon successful completion, you may progress into a full-time role or pursue further qualifications.
