Apprentice Quantity Surveyor

Reading and gaining an understanding of the different contract documents for projects Preparation of project applications and invoices to be sent to our clients Assisting with the creation of project budgets, including pay-out rates for the different items of work Reviewing payments received against payments due and chasing up any overdue payments Preparation of pricing for variations Producing purchase orders for materials, plant or labour required for projects

Training:
Attendance at London South Bank University on a day release basis and off the job training at head office, Maulden, Bedfordshire

Training Outcome:
Dependent on route- Typically HNC onto BSc

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 8.30am– 5.00pm (1 hour for lunch )
