A highly driven, ambitious, passionate and organised Chef de Partie.A Chef de Partie with strong practical experience having trained in professional food led kitchens.A Chef de Partie with good access to the Richmond area.A Chef de Partie who is passionate about using the freshest produce, working with the local community and who shares the “sustainability” ethos of the restaurant.
