Answering the telephone Responding to customer emails Producing Quotations Responding to verbal pricing requests and product information Dealing with estimating and customer service phone calls Liaising with our supplier on stock availability and deliveries Chasing customer deliveries Adding new products to our website Postage & Packaging of samples and products as required

Training Outcome:

Train on the job to become a team supervisor, team leader, then manager.
