Legal Administrator Apprentice - £8.50/hour

The purpose of the role is to provide essential administrative support to the Operations team, facilitating seamless workflow across departments and contributing to the efficient functioning of the business.

Main Responsibilities:

Handle general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents Manage incoming and outgoing post, emails, and phone calls efficiently Maintain and update client records on the case management system Assist solicitors with preparing legal documents and correspondence Schedule appointments and manage calendars for fee earners Liaise with clients and third parties in a professional and courteous manner Ensure sensitive information is handled with confidentiality and accuracy

FDM Solicitors is a busy multi-disciplinary practice based in Manchester City Centre who specialise in financial mis-selling, housing disrepair, data breach, fraud and professional negligence. The firm is currently undergoing a period of substantial growth and we are seeking ambitious and confident paralegals to join our rapidly expanding Housing Disrepair department.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday from 8.00am - 5.00pm (with a one hour break for lunch)
