Business Development Apprentice

What you’ll be doing:
Helping to process customer enquiries and orders by phone and email, making sure everything runs smoothly Preparing and packing products ready to be sent out to customers Learning how to keep customer records and sales information up to date on our systems Carrying out research on competitors and the market to help the sales team spot new opportunities Assisting with quotes, reports, and marketing materials for the team Getting the chance to attend trade shows and events (once you’re confident) to meet customers and see how the sales world works Working closely with the team to answer questions from customers and suppliers and build great relationshipsWhat you’ll gain:

Weekly/block college attendance for Trade, Engineering, Accounting and Hairdressing apprenticeships. Invite to a monthly workshop for workplace-based apprentices East Sussex College will ensure Health & Safety, and Equality & DiversityTraining Outcome:
