Apprentice Site Supervisor

Support with setting out and preparing the construction site Learn and assist with tasks such as bricklaying, groundwork, or basic carpentry Follow health and safety procedures and use appropriate PPE Work under the guidance of experienced tradespeople and site managers

Training:

The apprentice will attend block release training at AccXel Construction School in Gloucestershire. Training will take place in scheduled blocks throughout the year, allowing apprentices to concentrate on theory and practical learning away from site, while gaining hands-on experience with Persimmon Homes in between training periods.

Training Outcome:

After completing this apprenticeship, the apprentice can progress into a full-time role with Persimmon Homes. With experience and further training, there are opportunities to move into site supervision, management positions, or undertake higher level apprenticeships to continue developing within the construction industry.
