Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship
Indicative Key Responsibilities:
Track staff vacancies and oversee recruitment across all services. Complete pre-employment checks and issue contracts and handbooks before start dates. Carry out onboarding and sign-off processes, ensuring staff are fully prepared for independent work. Monitor and review probation periods. Manage and lead disciplinary and grievance procedures. Conduct regular audits of staff files and ensure ongoing legal and regulatory compliance. Keep all HR documentation and policies up to date with UK employment law and ACAS guidelines. Oversee staff training. Monitor supervision trackers and act on non-compliance. Assist in compliance functions in line with CQC and internal expectations. Respond to new placement enquiries and support bed vacancy management. Support with general business admin task.What We’re Looking For:
A focused, driven apprentice with attention to detail, ideally with experience in HR / Admin roles or a residential, nursing or domiciliary care environment. Some experience in recruitment / HR processes. Strong attention to detail and documentation standards. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across services. Experience or interest in internal communications.Benefits:

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm with a 1 hour break.
