IT apprentice

Your duties will include:

Serving as the first point of contact for internal customers seeking technical assistance in a timely fashion. Performing troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques, using current documentation and ongoing training to assist you. Updating current documentation on all internal procedures conducted. Continuously improve knowledge and understanding across the various software and hardware technologies supported by the team. Assisting in maintenance of core infrastructure. Be inquisitive, have a thirst for learning and be customer focused. 

Training:

Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship Standard Level 3. Training will be delivered both in college and in the workplace. 



Training Outcome:

Potential full-time position upon completion of the apprenticeship.
