Health & Safety Apprentice (Reed Boardall Ltd)
This role is crucial in ensuring accurate incident reporting, efficient claims handling, and maintaining a safe working environment in line with current legislation and company policy.
Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle and Personal Accident Administration:
Record, track, and manage vehicle accidents and personal injury incidents across the company Liaise with insurance providers, employees, and external stakeholders to process and monitor claims through to resolution Ensure all relevant documentation, including accident reports and witness statements, are completed and filed accurately Maintain and update internal databases, logs, and records related to vehicle and personal accident incidents Provide reports and insights on trends or recurring issues to support risk reduction effortsHealth and Safety Support:
Assist in monitoring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures Support the coordination of safety audits, inspections, and investigations Help to maintain and update health and safety records, including risk assessments and training documentation Promote health and safety awareness across the organisation through communication and training support Support the development and implementation of accident prevention strategiesTraining:

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.
