Business Administrator Apprenticeship
Scheduling maintenance visits with clients & suppliers
Raising quotes for clients
Ordering materials for engineers
Scheduling engineers' visits with clients
Answering the phone and directing calls
Managing parking requirements; operative in central London and elsewhere requires top-up parking at meters whilst on site Assisting with helpdesk requests * Dealing with parking dispensations
Assisting the team with all manner of ad hoc requests
There will also be opportunities to get out of the office to visit customer sites to see what and how Active do things
Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training
Training:
Working towards your Business Admin Level 3 Qualification, you'll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via Teams every month - NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about the modules. You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer. All apprenticeship work and training are completed in the workplace, during working hours.
