Apprentice – Property Maintenance Operative

You will work within the team in the Ipswich region. This opportunity will give you a chance to earn valuable practical experience in Property Maintenance and enable you to learn the customer service skills needed to build a career in the industry.

Your role will involve:

- Ensuring a safe working environment

- Performing fault diagnostics on systems

- Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance and repair work

Training:

Property Maintenance Operative - Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:

The intermediate Property Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship allows you to learn, develop and practise the skills required for employment or career progression in Property Maintenance.

The successful candidate will undertake a nationally recognised qualification through West Suffolk College.

You will be required to demonstrate through the standard that you meet all competencies and behaviours, which will lead to the achievement of the qualification.

Training Outcome:

For the right person, there is the opportunity to progress to a higher level apprenticeship upon completion.
