Apprentice Mechanical Engineering Technician

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance tasks from the CMMS. Attend to plant breakdowns Entering data into the CMMS and other IT systems Fault finding Installation of new plant and equipment Asset integrity inspections and testing, including equipment covered by PSSR Welding and fabrication – Tig and Mig Ensuring appropriate records are kept and maintained. Maintaining standards – safety, environmental, housekeeping and quality To be involved in continuous improvement activities Basic machining Overhaul mechanical equipment such as valves and pumps
